I am an Australian author of contemporary sapphic fiction, both romance and life lit. I'm passionate about storytelling and I would love the world to read more diverse Australian stories. 

 

In my late teens, I left North Queensland and lived in the Northern Territory and Western Australian for several years before heading to the UK for a one year-working holiday that turned into a twelve-year stint living in London and Oxford. I eventually returned to Australia and now live in Brisbane with my wife and our two Boston Terriers. 

 

I hold a BA in English Language and Linguistics from the University of Westminster (London) and a MA in Writing, Editing and Publishing from The University of Queensland (Brisbane). My first novel, Normal Functioning Adult, is a tale of grief, friendship and love set in Brisbane. A second edition will be released in May 2024 and available at all online outlets. (First edition paperbacks are still available directly through me--see the 'my books' page.) My second novel, Meet Me in Berlin is a contemporary sapphic romance that made the top fifteen of the 2022/23 Romance Writers of Australia Sapphire Award. It will be released on 15 May 2024.
